CenterLink x American Red Cross Blood Donation Initiative

CentersLead is a national partnership between CenterLink and the American Red Cross designed to increase blood donations across LGBTQ communities through LGBTQ community centers.

LGBTQ community centers are trusted gathering spaces that play a vital role in supporting health, connection, and well-being. Through CentersLead, centers across the country host blood drives that help ensure hospitals have the blood supply needed to care for patients.

By partnering with the American Red Cross, CenterLink helps coordinate these efforts nationally while empowering local centers to engage their communities in life-saving public health initiatives.

How CentersLead Works

Participating centers partner with the American Red Cross to host blood drives at their facilities or nearby community locations. CenterLink helps support participating centers by coordinating the national partnership, promoting drives across the network, and helping connect centers with resources and outreach tools.

Together, this partnership helps expand access to blood donation opportunities while strengthening community engagement around a shared public health goal.
