LEARNING COHORTS Apply forin-person and online cohorts that provide in-depth supportand community-building on specific aspects of leadership and organizational development. Recent and upcoming cohorts include a 10-week Strategic PlanningCohort, and an in-person retreat for BIPOC leaders.

Board Trainings
BOARD ESSENTIALS SERIES Open to all board members in CenterLink’s network, this training series offers workshops on the fundamentals of board leadership, the roles and responsibilities of board chairs, and tools for recruiting and onboarding new board members – all tailored to the unique aspects of LGBTQ+ organizations
INTENTIONAL GOVERNANCE TRAINING Bring CenterLink to work with your board members for a day-long training that provides a grounding in the key areas of governance: setting strategic direction, providing oversight, and ensuring the resources and relationships an organization needs to fulfill its mission. Offered online or in person with a Standards of Excellence certified consultant onCenterLink’s staff.
Peer Support & Networking
NETWORK CALLS Ongoing virtual meet-ups help members build community, share successes and challenges, and get advice. We host designated networking calls for EDs/CEOs, BIPOC Leaders, BIPOC Staff, Development Directors, Senior Staff, Trans and Gender Non-Conforming Staff.
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR LISTSERV Post questions to get confidential feedback from other EDs/CEOs of LGBTQ+ community organizations.
